Charitable Giving – Gain without Pain

rotary_logo1Dear Friend,

It’s always a good feeling when you help a Charity by giving a little cash, BUT, imagine how good it would be if you could help us raise funds without it costing you a penny?

We have made an arrangement with AMAZON.CO.UK that will allow us to receive at least 5% of all sales that are referred to them by our website.

So, I’m asking for your help… here’s what I would like you to do.

When you next shop at Amazon, please go to our Club website at www.rcgk.co.uk where you will find an advert for Amazon. Click on the advert and when you arrive at the Amazon site, you carry on shopping as usual, and if you do purchase anything from any category, we’ll get at least 5% paid direct to our account.

It won’t cost you any extra to use our link and if you use the link every time you want to buy something from them, we’ll get at least 5% each time you use them.

“But I don’t shop at Amazon”

Some of you probably have never visited Amazon or may never have heard of them so here’s a little bit about them and a few reasons why you should check them out.

Amazon are the largest retailer of Books and recorded Music in the World, they have made their name by providing very competitive prices on all items, fast, free delivery, superb customer service and the biggest range of Books, CDs, DVDs and other recorded media.

However, in the last couple of years they’ve also started selling everything including Tools, Computers, Toys, Clothing, Sports Goods, Home Electronics etc., so they will almost certainly have what you’re looking for at the best price, delivered free to your door…. How good is that! And, it gets better, because every £1 that you spend, we get 5 pence deposited into our account. Now that may not seem very much but an average paperback book is worth about 40 pence to us and a game for an Xbox 360 could be worth £2, so you can see how by working together with our Friends and Families, we could raise a lot of money and do a lot of good.

Please tell your Friends and Family about this and ask them to consider making their Amazon purchases via our link, it really would help our Club to support our Charities to make sure that they can continue to do good work.

One important thing to remember is that Rotary vets it’s Charities very carefully so you can be sure that all of the money gets used for the purpose for which it was intended.

Thank you for taking time to read this, please do your best to tell others and help us to make the best of our Charitable works

1. Visit www.rcgk.co.uk
2. Click on the advert for Amazon which you’ll find on our site
3. Happy Shopping

Finally, if you’d like to be kept up to date with what we’re doing, why not subscribe to our email newsletter? You can do this by entering your name and email address into our subscribe box on the website. We respect your privacy and we will never sell, rent or share your details with anybody, not even your Mum.
